Safe Play First
Gambling should always be entertaining — a way to enjoy the thrill of cricket betting during a PSL final, or a late-night live casino session from Lahore or Karachi. The moment it stops feeling that way, it's time to use the tools on this page. 777xr is committed to making sure every player has everything they need to stay in control.
Strictly adults only. The platform is available to users aged 18 or older, or the higher minimum required by the operator's licence jurisdiction. Age alone does not make gambling lawful in Pakistan — local laws may impose additional restrictions. Users are responsible for determining their own legal position.
Our Commitment
Responsible gambling is not a regulatory checkbox at 777xr — it is a standing operational priority. The tools, policies and support resources on this page are built into the platform because we believe that players who gamble within their means, within their time limits and with full awareness of the risks involved, have better experiences and live healthier financial lives.
For Pakistani users, gambling carries specific cultural, financial and legal considerations. 777xr does not minimise these. We encourage every user to read this page in full, to set limits before their first deposit, and to reach out to [email protected] at any time — without hesitation and without judgment.
The financial risks of gambling are real. A losing streak during an ICC T20 match or a run of bad luck at the live tables can be distressing. No bonus, no promotion and no game is worth your financial stability or your mental wellbeing. If you feel that gambling is creating problems in your life, please use the tools and resources below right now.
Cap how much you can deposit daily, weekly or monthly before you play a single game. Go to Account → Responsible Gambling → Deposit Limits.
Define the maximum you're prepared to lose in a given period. Your session ends automatically when this threshold is reached.
Configure a maximum gaming session duration with reality check pop-ups that remind you how long you've been playing.
Take a break for days, weeks, months or longer. Contact [email protected] or use the exclusion option in your account settings.
Available Tools
Every tool below is accessible from your account dashboard without needing to contact support first — because we know that when you need to act, speed matters.
Set a hard cap on the amount you can deposit within any 24-hour, 7-day or 30-day window. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Any request to increase a limit is subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before the increase activates — this delay is a deliberate protection against impulsive decisions.
Define the maximum net loss you are willing to sustain over a set period. When your losses reach the defined threshold, your session closes automatically and you cannot reopen it until the period resets. Like deposit limits, increases are subject to a cooling-off delay.
Set a maximum continuous session duration. Reality check alerts appear at configurable intervals — every 30, 60 or 90 minutes — showing your current session length and net result, so you can make a fully informed decision about whether to continue.
Request a temporary break from the platform for 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During a cool-off period, you cannot log in, deposit or place wagers. All promotional communications are suspended. The cool-off activates within minutes of your request.
A longer-term exclusion option, available for periods from 6 months to 5 years or as a permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion locks your account, blocks all marketing, and prevents reactivation until the exclusion period has ended and a formal reactivation request has been reviewed. Contact [email protected] to initiate.
Set a maximum stake per single bet or spin across all game types. This tool is especially useful for sports bettors who want to prevent large impulse bets during high-stakes cricket or football matches, and for slot players managing session bankrolls.
Self-Exclusion Options
Self-exclusion is available at any time, for any reason, with no questions asked and no judgment attached. The options below give you control over how long you step back. During any exclusion period, all marketing and promotional emails are suspended and your account cannot be reactivated without an explicit review process once the period expires.
A brief cool-off following a stressful session or after hitting a loss limit. Useful for taking a day away after an emotionally charged match or a run of bad luck.
A week-long break to reassess your playing habits. Recommended if you've noticed you're spending more time or money than you intended over the past few weeks.
A monthly pause to break any developing pattern of excessive play. A good option if you've been using gambling as a stress response rather than for entertainment.
A medium-term exclusion appropriate when gambling has begun to create financial pressure or relationship stress. Provides time to seek support and stabilise before reassessing.
A long-term exclusion for users experiencing persistent gambling problems. Reactivation after this period requires a formal review and a cooling-off confirmation process.
An irreversible, lifetime exclusion. Permanent exclusion closes your account with no option to reopen it on 777xr at any future date under any circumstances.
Financial Controls
The most effective responsible gambling tool is the one set before a session begins — not after. Here's what each limit type covers.
Cap the total PKR amount you can deposit within a 24-hour window from midnight Pakistan Standard Time.
A 7-day rolling cap on total deposits, resetting on your chosen start day each week.
A calendar-month cap that prevents total deposits exceeding your pre-set PKR threshold regardless of winning or losing.
Sessions close automatically when your net daily loss reaches the amount you set. Resets at midnight PKT.
A timer that ends your active session after a set duration, prompting you to take a conscious break before re-entering.
Prevents any single wager — on a cricket match, slot spin or table hand — from exceeding your defined maximum stake.
Know the Warning Signs
Problem gambling often develops gradually. These warning signs can appear in anyone — regardless of how experienced a player they are, how much they earn, or which city they live in. Read them honestly.
Using rent, utility bills, EMIs or grocery money to fund gambling sessions is a serious warning sign that requires immediate action.
Depositing more specifically to recover money lost in a previous session — often escalating the original loss significantly — is one of the most common signs of problem gambling.
Concealing the amount you gamble, the frequency or the losses from people close to you is a strong indicator that you already sense something is wrong.
Using the platform to cope with pressure from work, family or financial difficulties rather than for entertainment means gambling has become a coping mechanism rather than a hobby.
Taking loans, using credit cards, or borrowing from family members in Pakistan to fund gambling activity represents a serious escalation that needs immediate professional support.
Sitting down for what you planned as a 30-minute session and noticing hours have passed — repeatedly — is a sign your relationship with gambling needs reassessment.
Missing work, skipping family obligations, or neglecting personal health to spend more time gambling indicates the activity has disproportionate control over your daily choices.
Feeling restless, irritable or preoccupied when you are unable to access the platform is a behavioural pattern associated with compulsive gambling and warrants professional attention.
Self-Assessment
The questions below are for reflection only — they are not a clinical diagnostic tool. If several of them resonate with your current experience, we strongly recommend reaching out for support.
Have you gambled with amounts that put pressure on your household budget, including rent, groceries or school fees?
Have you tried to set limits on your gambling but found yourself unable to stick to them consistently?
Have you deposited more money specifically to try to recover money you lost in a previous session?
Have you kept your gambling activity, frequency or losses hidden from a family member or close friend?
Has gambling caused you to miss work, skip commitments or neglect important personal responsibilities?
Do you find yourself thinking about gambling frequently — planning the next session, reviewing past results — when you are not playing?
Have you ever borrowed money or sold personal items to fund gambling activity?
Do you feel that gambling is causing you stress, anxiety or relationship difficulties rather than providing entertainment?
Getting Help
If gambling has become a problem — or even if you're simply not sure and want to talk to someone — reaching out is always the right move. The 777xr responsible gambling team is available at [email protected] at any time. We treat all contacts with complete confidentiality.
For users in Pakistan who feel they need professional counselling or peer support beyond what a platform team can provide, we encourage you to speak with a trusted healthcare professional, a local counsellor or a community support network. Access to mental health and financial counselling services exists across Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar through hospitals, clinics and NGOs.
You can also involve a trusted family member. Many people in Pakistan find that an honest conversation with a close family member — a parent, spouse or sibling — is the first step toward regaining control. 777xr's platform tools, particularly self-exclusion, can be set up quickly with the support of someone you trust.
Close the app or browser tab right now. Do not deposit more to try to recover a loss. The most important step is the immediate one.
Go to Account → Responsible Gambling → Self-Exclusion, or email [email protected]. Your account will be locked promptly and marketing will stop immediately.
Tell a family member, friend or colleague what you are going through. Isolation makes problem gambling harder to address. A supportive conversation matters.
Speak with a healthcare professional or counsellor who has experience with behavioural or financial problems. Your general physician in any Pakistani city can refer you to appropriate services.
If gambling has created financial pressure, speak with a financial counsellor or trusted family member to understand your position and create a plan to stabilise it. Do not use gambling to try to recover financial losses.
If gambling is causing immediate financial, emotional or relationship harm, please use the self-exclusion tool or contact the responsible gambling team right now. This cannot wait until the next session.

Protecting Minors
777xr is strictly for adults. No person under the age of 18 — or under the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction — may register or use the platform. Age alone does not make gambling lawful in Pakistan; local laws may impose additional restrictions.
Date of birth is collected at registration. KYC verification — including CNIC review — confirms that users are of legal age before withdrawals are processed.
If you share a device with minors, use your device's built-in parental control software and ensure your 777xr account credentials are never accessible to children.
If you believe a minor has accessed or is accessing the platform, contact [email protected] immediately. We will investigate and act without delay.
Legal responsibility notice. 777xr makes no representation that participation in real-money gambling is lawful in Pakistan. The Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and related legislation restrict certain gambling activities in Pakistan. Users are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. This page does not constitute legal advice.
Responsible gambling tools are available right now in your account settings. Set your limits before you play — and if you ever need to step away, the self-exclusion option is always there.
