| "Prohibited User" | Any person who is under the minimum eligible age, is self-excluded, or is located in a restricted jurisdiction. |
By accessing any part of the Platform, registering an Account, or placing any wager through the Platform, you unequivocally acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including all policies incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy.
If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close any Account you may have opened. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms (see Section 16) constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period or any other voluntary or mandatory exclusion from gambling services at the time of registration or at any time during account operation.
Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information as requested in the registration form. You are obligated to update this information promptly should any details change. 777xr reserves the right to verify all information provided and to request supporting documentation at any stage.
777xr is committed to maintaining the integrity of its platform and complying with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing obligations. As part of this commitment, we require all users to complete identity verification before withdrawals can be processed.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or the closure of your Account. The Platform may reference familiar Pakistani payment infrastructure including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers through HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah as contextual references only. These providers do not endorse 777xr and do not guarantee support for gambling-related transactions. Users must independently verify each provider's current merchant category policies and applicable terms before initiating any transaction.

All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which is the multiple of the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) that must be wagered in qualifying games before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiple is stated on the promotion page.
While a bonus is active, a maximum bet restriction applies per round, spin or hand. Placing bets above this restriction during an active bonus may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided. The maximum bet cap is stated in the promotion's specific terms.
Not all games contribute equally toward the wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games and other categories may contribute a lower percentage or zero. The contribution table for each promotion is published alongside the promotion terms.
Bonuses expire within the timeframe specified in the promotion's terms, commonly between 7 and 30 days from activation. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, display, sell or create derivative works from any Platform Content without the prior written consent of 777xr.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777xr, its officers, employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

777xr reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time and for any of the following reasons, among others:
Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, any balances held in the Account will be preserved during the review period. If closure results from confirmed fraudulent activity, balances may be forfeited in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
Users wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting support at [email protected]. Any outstanding real-money balance will be returned to the verified payment method on file, subject to standard withdrawal processing conditions.
777xr reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address on file and/or through a notice displayed prominently on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Nothing in this Agreement affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction. Pakistani users are reminded that local courts retain jurisdiction over matters of domestic law and that enforcement of foreign judgments in Pakistan is subject to local civil procedure rules.
